Positive: Really nice, modern house with pretty much everything you need. Zion visitor center in Springdale is only a 30 minutes drive.

This was a great place for our group of 7, tons of beds and every one was comfortable. The amount of bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get showered after a long day at Zion or the lake. Hot tub worked great and felt so great after hiking. Would absolutely stay again!
