Positive: 乾淨 Negative: 1.五點左右入住時，發現車庫車位已經有車佔據停車位 2.第一天就反映沒快煮壺，客服竟回答要我們使用簡易咖啡機去泡茶，或取用熱水！隔天再度強烈反應不滿後，客服才訂購一個快煮壺過來！但，我們已經沒太多時間可以使用快煮壺了！ 3.兩間臥房，都沒有空調，只有客廳有空調！ 4.兩間臥房，都沒有暖氣，只有客廳有暖氣！ 5.之前在網路訂房時，設備皆有提到，有茶/咖啡沖泡設備，以及咖啡機！但，實際上，只有膠囊咖啡機！並無任何茶/咖啡沖泡設備！ 6.客廳及臥房，沒有提供抽取式面紙，必須自備！或者，使用浴室裡的捲筒式衛生紙！有點不方便！ 7.鍋蓋的把手，已經有破損，不應該再提供給客戶使用！ 8.之前在網路上訂房時，設備皆有提到，有空調及暖氣！但實際上，只有在客廳有安裝一台空調冷氣機，這台空調冷氣機，可以運作成暖氣模式！兩間臥房，並沒有安裝空調，也沒有提供暖氣！晚上睡覺時，會很冷！ 9.客廳的桌子是玻璃，玻璃桌面的四個玻璃角很尖銳，很容易碰撞受傷！ 10.整體使用上，有受騙的感覺！

Great location, could play more attention to detail dusting but overall I was pleased

This place looks brand new! Lovely decor, great tvs, beds are comfortable and close to our grandchild since we were babysitting for the week. I have to say the communication with property manager was beyond excellent! Thank you. We had a couple minor things and they were very responsive! The only drawback is the driveway only fits a small car and we have a large SUV so we had to park on the street. There was parking there, but for us seniors it was a little stressful wondering if we would find a place ... that is why I gave the location a 4 out of 5. However, the Bay Park area is close to everything and we were only 8 minutes from our babysitting duties. Thank you.
