Everything was great. As advertised.

This house has the potential to be great, but it needs maintenance and is in desperate need of a deep clean. I'll start with the positives though: the listing is accurate in that it's spacious and pretty much has everything you need (even a yoga mat!). 8 of us had plenty of room. Plenty of closet space if you like to fully unpack. Location was great (super close to Old Town) and we had no problems coming and going. Now as to why I only give it 3 stars - seems like only surface level cleaning is being done. The couch was dirty and looked like something had been spilled on it, along with hair. The bath mats in the master bathroom were so visibly dirty I put them to the side and didn't use them (I'm told one of the other bathrooms had the same issue). The backside of toilet seats (where the seat bolts to the bowl) had not been cleaned well. The front load washing machine reeked of mildew and was visibly moldy along the door seal. We ran a cleaning cycle on it just to make it usable. It got rid of the smell but didn't do much for the moldy seal. In the kitchen, the caulk/sealant behind the faucet is black with mildew. Some of the utensils needed washing before use. The island and dining area has light colored fabric chairs that I imagine used to be a nice off white but are now dingy and stained. The kick plate under the cabinets had fallen off. And just to add a safety issue, 2 of the bedrooms had their smoke detectors removed. There's more but I'm at the character limit.

This place was great and everything was as advertised. Top floor had 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and a very spacious kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Bottom floor had 2 bedrooms 1 bath, primary bedroom with en suite, and a den with a pullout bed. This was perfect for our group of 7. Street parking was ample, and we made use of the carport (small car only) and garage. I was brought back to my childhood when I played The Simpsons video game they have in the game room area!Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and towels were left on every bed. Overall a very great stay.

Looks just like the pictures. Great communication. Very accommodating. Would recommend!
